BMC Probus 215 |
AS Mulgi Reisid katsetab Viljandimaal peamiselt Suure-Jaani suunal Türgis toodetud bussi BMC Probus 215. Buss saabus Viljandisse teisipäeval, 10. veebruaril tuleb aga tagastada omanikule. Bussis on 24 istekohta ja 33 seisukohta. Mootor on kokku pandud Suurbritannias. Paraku pole bussis topeltklaase, mis oleks Eesti talvisele kliimale sobilikumad.
Mulgi Reiside juhataja Madis Lepa sõnul katsetab Mulgi Reisid uusi busse, tegemaks tulevikus bussipargi uuendamisel õigeid valikuid. Nimelt on plaanis Viljandimaal võita pikaajaline riigihange, mille käigus tuleb vahetada suurem osa bussidest välja.
Varem on nähtud sama bussi sõitmas AS ATKO Liinid Valga linnaliinidel ja AS Samat Harjumaa maakonnaliinidel.
