Harju Maakohus algatas bussiettevõtte Mauman Reisid pankrotimenetluse, kirjutab logistikauudised.net siin ja siin.
"Ei suuda enam sõita ja riigiga võidelda. Riigi bussid sõidavad ees, meie tühjalt järgi. Kõik vaatavad, kuidas raha kokku hoida ja ostavad kuukaarte, millega meie võistelda ei suuda. Väikevedajad on kõik hädas," kommenteeris olukorda Mauman Reisid OÜ juht ja omanik Martti Penu.
Liisingfirma on võtnud bussifirmalt bussid ning nõuab lisaks 140 000 krooni. Penu arvates peaks ka liisingfirma mingi äririski võtma.
Harjumaa Ühistranspordikeskuse tegevdirektor Ago Kokser kommenteerib olukorda järgnevalt: "Nendega on meil varem ka probleeme olnud. Nad omavolitsevad, ei kooskõlasta sõiduplaane nagu nad peaksid. Osa väljumisi jääb neil ära. Korraldasime 2007 riigihanke, mille nad võitsid, kuid lepingut keeldusid nad allkirjastamast. Me olime sunnitud uue hanke korraldama."
Kokseri sõnul on plaanis lähiaastatel korrastada bussiliiklus Harjumaal ning suurendada avalike liinide osakaalu. Praegu on avalikke liine Harjumaal umbes 4 miljonit liinikilomeetrit, kommertsliine 9, kuid võiks olla 2-3. Avalikel liinidel moodustab piletitulu 40% ja dotatsioon 60%, kuid võrreldes toetuseta sõitvate kommertsliinidega teenindavad avalikud liinid ka koolilapsi ja tipptunniväliseid vähese reisijate arvuga liine. Kui kommertsliinid tehakse avalikeks, siis suureneb ka piletitulu osakaal ning väheneb riigi toetuse vajadus. Harjumaa liinivõrgu analüüsimiseks on kirjutatud valmis ka 23 miljonit krooni maksev projekt.
