16.12.2008 eraldas majandusminister Juhan Parts käskkirjaga ühistranspordi toetuste reservist 3,1 miljonit krooni Harju Maavalitsusele bussiliikluse korraldamiseks, Ida-Virumaa Maavalitsusele 800 000 krooni vedajate vahetusega tekkinud kulude katteks, Jõgeva Maavalitsusele 150 000 krooni projekti "Jõgevamaa ühistranspordi arendamine" omafinantseeringuks, Lääne-Viru Maavalitsusele 50 000 krooni Rakvere linnaliinide aasta lõpuni käigushoidmiseks. Toetused on 2008. aasta kulude katteks 2008. aasta riigieelarvest.
