Viljandi maavanema 2009. aasta 1. oktoobri korraldusega nr 597 kuulutati välja riigihange “Avalik liinivedu Viljandi maakonna bussiliinidel” ja kinnitati hankedokumendid. Riigihange on jaotatud osadeks – pakkumusi oli võimalik esitada kolmele liinigrupile: Põhja-Viljandimaa, Lõuna-Viljandimaa ja Viljandi linnalähiliinid.
Tähtajaks – 7. jaanuar 2010 kell 10.00 – oli hankijale esitatud järgmine arv pakkumusi: 1) liinigrupis Põhja-Viljandimaa – 8 pakkumust; 2) liinigrupis Lõuna-Viljandimaa – 7 pakkumust; 3) liinigrupis Viljandi linnalähiliinid – 6 pakkumust.
Viljandi maavanema korraldusega moodustatud riigihanke hindamiskomisjon avas pakkumused 7. jaanuaril kell 10.30. Hindamiskomisjon kontrollis esitatud pakkumuste vastavust hankedokumentides näidatud pakkumuste struktuurile ja dokumentide loetelule liinigruppide kaupa.
Kõik esitatud pakkumused vastasid pakkumuse avamisel kontrollitud asjaolude alusel hankedokumentidele.
Hindamiskomisjon jätkab hankemenetluse läbiviimist ning lähiajal on plaanis pakkujate kvalifikatsiooni kontrollimine.
