Käesoleval aasta alguses Saare maavalitsuse poolt välja kuulutatud riigihange Ruhnu liinilaeva käigushoidmiseks luhtus ning viimases hädas sõlmis maavalitsus lepingu FIE Lauri Kivirai-ga, kes teenindab laevaga "Arabella" reisijaid Saaremaa ja Ruhnu vahel. Juuni alguses aga kuulutas majandusministeerium välja ootamatult kiire hanke Munalaiu-Ruhnu laevaliini käivitamiseks, kirjutas Saarte Hääl. Hanke tulemusena sõlmiti leping reedeti, laupäeviti ja pühapäeviti reiside teenindamiseks OÜ Randfeld laevaga "Lili", makstes dotatsiooni suve lõpuni teenindamiseks 422 615 krooni, kirjutas Pärnu Postimees.
